Being held at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg Hershey, 604 Station Drive, Grantville, PA 17028 For hotel room reservations ONLY call 717-469-0661. A block of rooms is being held for PEC / PA Equine Council. Cost of rooms are $79.00 per night.

Friday, November 8 (5:30pm) PA Equine Council, Board of Directors Meeting. All members and public invited. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Following the meeting we invite everyone to join us in the Saloon for entertainment and dancing.

Saturday, November 9 (8:00am registration, program 8:30am to 4:00pm) Focus of the day will be on Pennsylvania related topics ending in a visit to an equine venue. Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

Registration cost: $40.00 per person. Registration and more information will be available soon.

This is a great way to get to know fellow members and learn more about the Pennsylvania Equine Council. I look forward to meeting seeing new faces and meeting all of you.
